Unfortuantley, due to time and work that is involved in making our cables, we are un-able to take refunds on cable orders unless your cable is defective. In the case your cable does not work, please email or message us as soon as possible. 99% of the time, the issue can be fixed on your end, but if we are unable to fix it without sending it back, we will send you a label to put on the box your cable arrived in. You can drop it off at an USPS drop off point, and after we recieve it, we will fix the cable and have it sent back as soon as possible.
We offer a full refund for any mousepad purchase within 30 days of its delivery date that is not of acceptable quality. This includes blemishes, tears, or any other issues. To get a refund, please message or email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send you a file that must be printed and put in the box before it is shipped back to us. The customer will have to pay for the shipping label and can be done by any shipping carrier.

Unfortunatley, DIY Kits and Parts are only subject to refunds or replacement if there is a defective part or if a wrong color/unit was sent out. This includes chips on colored aviators, or torn paracord/techflex. Please note we will only replace the defecitive unit and not the whole order.
